Britney reveals sexy body tips


Britney's flabby appearence from last year has quickly been replaced by a sexy body that's more like her before. She tells all in OK! magazine her secret to getting herself back in shape. She's been cutting off herself from the likes of Taco Bell and fatty foods and been feeding herself with salmon, chicken, rice, and avocados. Her breakfast is egg whites while she has turkey burgers for snacks. With taking in only 1200 calories a day while working out, no surprise its been very effective for her.
